About Association Insurance Consultants
     Association Insurance Consultants is a Tampa, Florida based independent agency specializing in condominium and homeowner associations. At AIC, we work with condominium associations, homeowner associations, property managers, developers, large commercial entities, municipalities, and other insurance agents throughout the Southeastern United States. We specialize in flood insurance and are a source for both the NFIP (government) policy as well as London based policies through various Lloyd's syndicates and alternative markets.

     AIC can work directly with clients or partner with their insurance agent or property manager to offer consulting services, underwriting expertise, assistance in correcting of improperly rated policies, and identification of alternative ways to reduce flood insurance premiums.

     AIC is one of only a select few insurance agents authorized to legally rebate a portion of their flood insurance commission back to the client as a means of reducing flood insurance costs. Rebating is allowed only in two states in the nation. Both Florida and California have enacted legislation allowing insurance agents to return a portion of their commissions to the insured.
